Saint Johns - Day 1 - Welcome to the US Virgin Islands

So Tina and I didn't dry up and go away since Norway ... we just quit posting for a while.  We were busy with mundane things like welcoming a new grandson Kai into our lives, selling one of my companies, and doing charity work along with regular work.  This week we finally returned to our vacation crazy travels with a trip down to Saint Johns in the US Virgins Island.  We've been joined by our good friends Fred and Gwen Haber for a week at a villa on top the mountain overlooking Cruz Bay.

Here's a look at the villa we're staying at with the master suite on the left had side and the main building, including another bedroom kitchen and living room area on the right.  There's a beautiful porch area inbetween overlooking the bay down below.

The pools just up the drive and offers a tremendous overlook of the down town area, the bay, and St. Thomas.  With the overlook looking west, sunset was spectacular.
