Leaf Change - Day 12 - Hello Quebec City

We had our second semi-bad weather day on arriving in Quebec City on Wednesday, September 30th.  It was windy with light drizzles but Tina and I made it out for 4 hours at least in the morning hours.  We weren't actually getting off the boat until Thursday so we were able to go back on board for the afternoon and enjoy the little time left on the ship.

Tina and I were in Quebec city some 25 years ago with the kids.  We were using our pop-up camper back then.  The kids weren't quite interested in strolling the city streets and taking in it's history and beauty.  We were able to make up for part of that this time around.  Quebec is one of the most beautiful and fun cities around.

Canada and the northeast part of the US are big into the fall season as a whole and go all out decorating for it.

Cathedral-Basilica of Notre Dame in downtown.

As we'd seen in other parts of Canada, they're big into the building murals.  Quebec really goes all out with them.

Tina's at the far end of the flowers ... and wearing black she still outshines the pretty flowers.  :)

Acting like they'd never had their pictures taken before.

Pictures from our balcony after the cold weather caused us to retreat to the ships warmth.

And a panorama from our balcony of the entire downtown Quebec City skyline.

Until next time, here's a Quebec Providence flag wave atcha!
