Tina keeps getting these hankerings for Bratwurst so we had to stop for lunch at a Christmas Market that was selling them.
At the same market an ice skating rink allows kids to learn how to skate using a bear for support.
The Zurich Opera House.
The beautiful woman down at Lake Zurich.
Masses of seagulls and swans gathering where people are throwing them bread.
And if you want to know just how loud seagulls and swans can be, take a listen to this.
I really liked this fire sculpture down by the shoreline.
A HUGE evergreen tree in the city.
Sculpture of a naked man with a naked bull.
Grossmünster twin-towered Romanesque cathedral.
Yours truly in front of an artistic fountain.
St. Peters church in Zurich lays claim to the largest clock face on Europe. Being consecrated in 1706, it's a relative baby compared to other churches.
A park we came across with people playing large scale chess games.
A game of boules which a Swiss friend of ours back home taught us how to play.
Looking down from a rooftop restaurant Tina and I stopped at on the way back to the hotel.
So with that, I officially close this blog vacation set. Hope everybody enjoyed it and we're wishing all of you a very merry Christmas.
